The purpose of this ARD
is to facilitate all Access Seekers who wish to have access to the
Access Provider's network facilities and/or network services. This
ARD contains the terms and conditions consistent with the rights and
obligations set out in the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia
Commission Act 1988.
The Access Seeker is advised to read this ARD together with the Commission
Determination On The Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No.
2 of 2005 dated 12 June 2005 and Commission Determination on Access
List, Determination No. 1 of 2005 dated 12 June 2005 issued by Malaysian
Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). Where the terms of
this ARD conflicts with the Mandatory Standard on Access (MSA), the
terms of MSA shall prevail.
