| What is Hotspot-in-a-Box? |
Hotspot-in-a-Box contains Airzëd's wireless device
and services bundled according to the different packages you have opted for.
Commonly, the device is an access point and services that are bundled ranging
from billing, account management, customer and technical support, training and
marketing and promotional materials.
The two types of packages available currently are "airzëd
advantage" and "airzëd in-a-box".

| How do I get started as Airzëd's hotspot
provider? |

Register
as an Airzëd's hotspot provider. You can register online
or call our Marketing & Sales at +60.3.7620.2020. |

ii. |
Choose any one of the two packages in Hot-spot-in-a-Box and
purchase a package suitable to your business. |

Digital Subscribers Line or leased line. |
| |
iv. |
A static IP address. |
| |
v. |
Our Airzëd team will install the wireless device upon
availability of broadband service. |

| Who installs Airzëd gateway at my premise? |
| Airzëd team will install, test and commission the
gateway at your premise. |

| Will my daily operations be interrupted during
the installation? |
| NO. All you need is a Broadband line installed at
your premise. If you currently have a line in place, Airzëd gateway is just a
plug-and-play device. The gateway has a small footprint and can be conveniently
stored in a cupboard or under the service counter. |

| Who is responsible for Airzëd gateway at my
location? |
| Depending on the contract plan you choose, Airzëd
can provide a turnkey end-to-end solution and be responsible for all hardware
maintenance and technical support as well. |
