| Why do I have to login every now and then? |
| This is a failsafe measure that prevents usage
time from being runoff in your account if you forget to logoff. |

| Must I logoff? |
It is highly recommended to logoff after each
surfing session. This is to avoid misuse of account by others. The system will
automatically logoff your account after 10 minutes if there is no transmission
of data.

Airzëd utilizes the International standard 802.11b
governed by IEEE (Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers) body and
Wireless Ethernet Compatibility Alliance.
An intruder will not be able to access your data if he/she does not have your
account information. |

| The actual data bits that travel from your laptop
or PDA to Airzëd access point(s) at a Hotspot location out to the Internet are
transmitted unencrypted. Protocols such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) including
IPSEC and VPNs provide a mechanism for encrypting the transmission of sensitive
information. |
