| Our introductory offer is at RM468 per month and
you get 6 Free Wi-Fi Accounts. These Wi-Fi Accounts are 1-Year Unlimited Access
Plans which enable the user to roam at more than 150 Airzëd Hotspots in
Malaysia. |

| Are there any other charges? |
| Yes, there is a one-time installation fee of
RM150. |

| Is there any upfront fee? |
| Yes, 3 months service fee and a one-time
installation fee of RM150 are payable upfront prior to equipment installation
and service activation. |

| How do we make payment? |
| You can pay via cheque and forward it
to Airzëd Operational Headquaters at Menara
Merais. |

| What are your payment terms? |
| The monthly service fee is payable in advance on a
quarterly basis. We will issue your company an invoice 30 days prior to the
commencement of the following quarter. To avoid any service interruption,
customer is advised to pay within 14 days from the invoice date. |
