| Airzëd's team of Network Engineers will install,
test and commission the service at your premise. |

| How long will it take to get Airzëd's WiMAX
service installed? |
| Within 3 business days depending on the premise
and installation complexity. Once your location is WiMAX service certified and
the installation is simple, it only takes up to 3 business days from the time
of order. |

| What does the installation entail? |
| A site survey, equipment installation and some
minor cabling. |

| What equipment will you be providing? |
| 1 outdoor unit, 1 indoor unit, and Cat5 &
power cable to connect the outdoor and indoor units (note. This may vary
according to installation requirements at premise). |

| Can you also Wi-Fi up our office? |
| Yes, we will have our Marketing & Sales team
contact you to discuss further on this. There will be a separate package for
this. |

| Do you also connect our office equipment for
Internet access? |
| Our termination point is up to our indoor unit.
Upon request, we can connect the broadband to the customer's equipment (e.g. PC
/ laptop / router / access point), any internal cabling costs shall be borne by
customer. |

| Will my daily operations be interrupted during
the installation? |
| No, our team is experienced and efficient, they
will be able to work with your personnel to coordinate on the installation and
at an appropriate time schedule. |
