Our customer support hours are from 8am to 11pm (Monday to Friday); 9am to 5:30pm (Weekend & Public Holidays), 7 days a week including public holidays.  
Who is responsible for Airzëd's equipment in our premise?
Airzëd is responsible for the equipment, hardware maintenance and technical support.  
What is the basic technology of Airzëd's network?
Airzëd's network is based on the 802.16 standard, known as WiMAX - a wireless technology that provides high-throughput broadband connections over long distances. It provides up to 5 kilometers of service area range from the nearest serving base station. WiMAX enables a much wider service coverage to reach more potential subscribers.  
Do we need to have a fixed line for Airzëd's WiMAX service?
No, fixed (phone or fax) line is not required.
